Start With an Apprenticeship, Build Toward a Career
Swimming Pool Services doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all training. If you’re just getting started, our apprenticeship program is a great first step. In addition to online training and assessments, you’ll get hands-on experience in everything from pool opening to equipment troubleshooting, water chemistry testing, and much more. It’s a chance to see what a day in the life really looks like and get paid while you learn.
Our apprenticeships go even deeper. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians who’ve been in the field for years. They’ll teach you the tools, the techniques, and the mindset that makes a great technician. By the end of your training, you’ll be fully prepared for a career in pool route service, hot tub maintenance, pool repairs, and more.
You’ll gain the confidence to diagnose issues, complete pool and hot tub repairs, and take ownership of your route. We want team members who are excited to learn and ready to take initiative.
