This property is a small city lot and has large easements on it which severely limited the space we had to work with. The client was a former pool owner and wanted to be able to swim laps and also to provide an outdoor space for family recreation. We were able to tuck this pool in to a small space but also create separate areas for sunbathing, dining, and just hanging out.
