This busy family wanted to add an entertainment space to their existing patio that would allow them to relax in the midst of their busy lives and also help keep the kids and their friends at their house. The existing patio area included a Unilock Brussels block patio framed by a seat wall that was anchored at the ends by pillars. The site was hindered by topography and the location of the private septic system. The layout of the house made the addition of a bathroom and shower in the pool area attractive. The project required re-configuring the existing patio to provide access to the pool pool and moving the septic tank to create space for the project. A bathroom was added to the exterior wall of the house to serve the pool area and includes an outdoor shower with a feature wall of Chilton Natural Stone. Unilock Brussels pavers were inlaid in the paving behind the pool coping to tie the new space to the existing patio. The walk in steps in the pool include a seating bench for relaxing. The project features a Cover Pools automatic pool cover, Fiberstars Treo LED underwater pool lights, and Pentair Variable Speed Pump.
