Our trained technicians can open or close your pool for you. You’ll rest easy knowing your pool or spa and equipment are handled correctly and will be ready for the winter season. 2023 Pool Closing Plans:
| Plan 0 – This closing is included in the purchase of my Swimming Pool Services pool package. (SPS build pool, 1st year only) | FREE |
| Plan 1 – Blow out lines & equipment and add 2 gal. of antifreeze* to skimmers. (*if needed) | $375.00 |
| Plan 2 – Includes all of Plan 1 plus chemicals and remove ladder & handrail. | $450.00 |
| Plan 3 – Includes all of Plan 2 plus chemicals and install your Safety Mesh cover. | $475.00 |
| Plan 4 – Includes all of Plan 3 plus chemicals and install your Ballasted Solid/Tarp cover with bricks/waterbags. | $675.00 |
| Portable Spa Closing – Drain, blow out lines and add antifreeze to the circulation system. | $400.00 |

**FOR CLOSING PLANS 0-4, THE DAY BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED CLOSING, YOUR POOL MUST BE DRAINED BELOW THE RETURN FITTINGS OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $200 DRAIN FEE.*

Terms & Conditions
IMPORTANT** PLEASE READ! We will install and bill you for the following!
If your winterizing plugs & gizzmos are not left out and accessible at the time of your scheduled closing (You’ll be charged an additional cost)
If your winterizing plugs & gizzmos are damaged and deemed not suitable to use (You’ll be charged an additional cost)
If your winterizing plugs or water feature caps are not manufacturer recommended and deemed not suitable to use (You’ll be charged an additional cost)
If your pool is not drained prior to your scheduled closing (You’ll be charged an additional cost) **SEE ABOVE IF YOU WOULD LIKE SPS TO DRAIN IT FOR YOU**
Cancelations/Rescheduling’s are subject to a $50 FEE if not made 72 HOURS prior to the appointment date
If your pool is not drained prior to your scheduled closing, you will be charged.**SEE “add on items” above if you would like us to drain your pool for you.** ~ All prices are subject to a 30-mile radius and include sales tax. Any additional antifreeze for water features, deck jets, or fountains will be billed at $6.99 per gallon plus tax. Winterization chemicals are 1-quart algaecide, 1-quart scale inhibitor & 2 pounds shock. Please remove all chlorine tablets from chlorine feeders or skimmers prior to closing. The tablets can be corrosive to equipment during the off-season. SPS follows manufacturers’ recommendations by not removing underwater pool lights.
Any additional requests above and beyond what is stated on the Closing form are subject to our labor rate of $125/hour.
