From start to finish, we work closely with our clients to make sure we give them 100% satisfaction.

Getting Started

  1. Dreams Checklist – In order for us to help you build the pool of your dreams we ask that you fill out our Dreams Checklist. This helps us to determine the scope of your project and how we can best help. The cost of an inground pool varies based on the following factors size, shape, materials, depth, site topography and access. options (basketball hoop, diving board, etc.) and the site topography and access.
  2. Code Search – Once you have filled out the Dreams Checklist, we ask that you submit a Plat of Survey. This will help us do some homework before we have a face-to-face meeting. By using your dreams checklist to determine the scope of the project we can contact your local municipality to determine the rules for a project on your property. So that when we meet, we already understand the allowed location for the pool and related items. The Plat of Survey is a legal document that shows the outline of your lot with your home placed on it. You usually receive this as part of the closing documents for purchasing a home. We prefer it emailed as a scanned copy that is full sized so that we can use it for measurements. If you have problems locating this, please let us know and maybe we can help.
  3. A designer will reach out to you once the code search is completed to discuss the next steps. If a meeting is warranted at this point, they will spend some time at your home to get a more in depth understanding of your site, access, utilities, and overall, what you would like your dream backyard to look like. At the end of this meeting, we will discuss next steps. If it makes sense to move forward, we will either prepare a preliminary budget for the project and schedule a time to present that to you or move right into a design kick off meeting. Due to the comprehensive designs that we create for our clients, we do not perform any design work without some type of retainer.
  4. Design Kick-Off Meeting – At this meeting we will revisit the project scope to make sure nothing has changed. We will measure your yard and existing features to create a base map which is basically everything that is on your site that will remain as part of your new personal resort. We will use this to create your preliminary design.
  5. Preliminary Design Presentation - your 3D walkthrough tour of your design will be presented at this time along with drawings and renderings. *We will work with you until you love your design before moving the project forward.
  6. Selections – Once the design is nailed down you will come in and make your selections for your pool. Here you will determine the color of your liner, fencing, and other key aspects of your new pool build.
  7. Final Budget Approval and Permit Processing - Once we have a design that you love and you have made selections for the project, we can nail down the final budget for approval. Once this is completed, we will meet to take care of final paperwork and then begin the permitting process. We will handle all building permits needed for our work and assist with HOA approval. At this point we will also be working on sourcing materials for the project.
